Medical Evaluation Specialists Inc. (MES), KSR Industrial Corporation (KSR), and Walgreens Co. have signed leases at Etkin Equities’ Evergreen Atrium building, bringing it close to full occupancy. Build outs have commenced for MES and Walgreens, with move-in dates targeted for spring 2013. The three new tenants will occupy a total of 23,131 square feet of space. The Evergreen Atrium is located in the Southfield City Centre, across from the Southfield Public Library.
Walgreens Co. is relocating its district office and 27 employees to Suite 250. The company, which currently employs 240,000 people, strives to be consumers’ first choice for health and daily living. Founded in 1901, Walgreen’s leads the chain drugstore industry in sales and profit.
Fifteen KSR Industrial Corporation sales employees will occupy Suite 415. KSR is an industry leader in designing, engineering and manufacturing automobile products, including pedal modules, traditional fixed systems and advanced adjustable systems. Customers include Ford, Nissan, Chrysler, Hyundai and General Motors. KSR is a global company with seven manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe, Asia and South America.
MES is moving into Suite 200 of the Atrium building. Thirty-seven employees will be working from the Southfield location, with room to grow. Founded in 1978, MES was a pioneer in providing the claims community with access to physicians performing independent medical examinations. MES assists in the process of claim resolution by providing reports by professionals with consistent, accurate medical opinions. MES has several locations across the United States.
