It’s not been an easy road for the New York City owners of the region’s second-largest office complex, the Southfield Town Center.
Four years ago this month, 601W Cos. said it would embark on a $50 million renovation of the 2.2 million-square-foot complex off the Lodge Freeway consisting of five sparkling office buildings the company purchased in 2014 for $177.5 million.
